The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2023-24 was held at Amrita Vidyalayam, Kozhikode on 27th June 2023 in the School Prayer hall, and was attended by our Principal, Academic Advisor, teachers and students.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp, invoking the blessings of our beloved Amma. Later, the school student committee members were conferred with badges and sashes. Wardens and Co-wardens of Amritamayi, Anandamayi, Chinmayi, and Jyotirmayi houses, along with their House Captains and Vice Captains, were honoured. The oath of office was then administered to the new leaders who pledged to uphold the values of the school and serve their fellow students.
The Principal then addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of leadership and the responsibility that comes with it. She also congratulated the newly appointed leaders and encouraged them to work towards serving the school community to the best of their abilities.
Class leaders were also appointed on the same day. The prize distribution for the state level winners of the Silver Zone International Olympiad was also held.
The investiture ceremony was an enriching and inspiring event for everyone present.
